Mandy Kitchens

Mandy Kitchens is an enthusiastic real estate agent who loves her job. She attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University and earned a Bachelors Degree in Education. Mandy comes from a background of teaching elementary school for 6 years before homeschooling her own children for 6 years. She brings her skills as a teacher to her real estate clients by attentively and patiently walking them through the home buying or selling process so that they have full understanding and confidence all along the way. She especially enjoys helping first time home buyers and sellers because she has the heart of a teacher.


Mandy entered the real estate world in order to help families in transition. Being a military spouse, she understands the challenges and stress that come with a permanent change of station and will help make that transition as smooth as possible for her clients. She cares deeply for her clients. She is knowledgeable, communicative, and committed to always looking out for her clients' best interest. Mandy loves people and loves houses; matching the two is her passion. She also is a fierce negotiator who, with a smile, will help her clients accomplish their goals in buying, selling, or investing in real estate.


Mandy is happily married for over 20 years and lives in Fayetteville, North Carolina with her Army chaplain husband and four children. She spends her free time playing guitar, reading, gardening and, of course, looking online at new houses!
